How long does my package take to ship? 

 

- Depending on our companies current workload, we try to get your package out within 1-3 business days. Shipping Usually takes 7-14 days but may arrive earlier/later based on location. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your order!

 

What is your refund policy

 

- Please contact us using the contact tab within the first 30 days of your order. Within the request please add a comment on why you're returning the product so we can better our company. Shipping costs cannot be refunded but expect a refund within 10 days after we receive your product. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Do you provide a discount for bulk/corporate orders?  

 

-While we do not provide a discount from our website directly, please contact us with your name, order quantity, and shipping address for a quote with a discounted rate. We strive to provide you with the best quality products at a competitive price.

 

What should i do if i need to change my address for the delivery?

 

-Please contact us prior to shipping for the item. We cannot guarantee the change of address but we will do our best to fix the mistake. If address is not changed in time, we will resend or refund the item once receiving it back. 

 

Why is my order taking so long to get here?
